Okay, that’s enough writing about myself in the third person.
I’m 26 writing this. I love running, coaching, mountains, the coast, spending time with my dog Roscoe, and a lot of stuff I could spend all day writing about. I have ADHD so I am easily carried away unless I keep emphasis on focus and structure. Running gives my life that structure- it’s motivation, meaning, challenging, and recreation, all in one. Running has become one of the deepest sources of purpose in my life.
For me, running is spiritual. Not in a polished or performative way, but just in the sense that it grounds me, sharpens me, and lights something up in me that nothing else really does. I know not everyone relates to that, and that’s fine. But I do think people need something that pulls them toward purpose, aliveness, and becoming better.
I care about growth, authenticity, creativity, and building something that helps people. That applies to my racing, my coaching, and the way I want to move through life. I want to compete at the highest level I can, help other people grow in the process, and make this whole thing bigger than just me. What if we cared about the fuel we put in our bodies and souls more than we cared about the fuel for our cars?
This website is part coaching hub, part creative corner, and part running archive. It’s a place for me to share what I’m building, what I’m learning, and whatever else feels worth putting into this little corner of the internet.
If you want to work together, go for a run, or reach out for any reason, don’t be shy. It’s all love!
