I am 25 years old writing this, I love to run and I just want the world to be a better place for all, because it can be, I just think we are kind of trapped on earth as a collective species; and maybe that idea can extend to the entire planet itself so that’s kind of cosmically terrifying but I think the healthiest way we can approach such a fate is through spirituality - and running just so happens to be something that lights my soul on fire in such a way it can’t be anything other than spiritual. I get not everyone gets that but you don’t have to, especially if you’re not a runner or not religious or just a godless soulless lizard person. You just have to find what makes you happy in life and enjoy it, let that trapdoor drop you out.
