I am 26 years old while writing this, I love to run and I just want the world to be a better place for all, because it can be, I just think we are kind of trapped on earth; and maybe that idea can extend to the entire idea of things on the planet itself because of how it do be so that’s kind of cosmically terrifying but I think the healthiest way we can approach such a fate is through grounding in purpose through spirituality - and running just so happens to be something that lights my soul on fire in such a way it can’t be anything other than spiritual.

I get that not everyone gets that but you don’t have to, especially if you’re not a runner or not religious or just a godless soulless lizard person. I was raised Catholic and believe in a higher power but the stuff I believe definitely doesn’t conform to any religion - which I think is a good thing, it’s better to conform to being a good person who treats the universe like they want to be.

You just have to find what makes you happy in life and enjoy it, let that trapdoor drop you out.
